HR Generalist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a HR Generalist at Achal Jewels. The HR Generalist will manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Additional duties include developing HR policies, managing benefits administration, maintaining employee records, and fostering positive workplace culture and engagement.

• Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
• Proficiency in HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment
• Organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Experience in HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is beneficial
