Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall HR function across all locations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems to support organizational growth.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for various departments.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and retention programs.
  • Manage performance management systems, appraisals, and competency frameworks.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in coordination with finance.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational structure, manpower budgeting, and succession planning.
  • Implement HR digitalization and automation through HRMS systems (like GreytHR / SAP).
  • Lead and mentor HR teams across multiple locations.
