Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across various departments.
  • Analyze and comprehend job descriptions to strategize effective hiring plans.
  • Post job openings on job portals and websites to attract suitable candidates.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the HR team and hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • UG: Any Graduate (open to all disciplines).
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Motivated and eager to learn about the HR process and recruitment lifecycle.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage recruitment activities efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
