Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for international requirements
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for talent sourcing
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with global clients
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Understand job requirements and market trends
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements

Eligibility & Skills:

• MBA (HR / Marketing / International Business or related)
• Freshers welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to work with international time zones
