Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials and conducting welcome sessions.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases as needed.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
• Help in implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in conflict resolution.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
• Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
