We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding a large volume of candidates across various roles through bulk and mass hiring strategies. The candidate should have experience in managing large-scale recruitment drives and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute bulk and mass recruitment drives to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently.

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

* Source candidates through various channels such as campus drives, job portals, social media, and local outreach.

* Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job specifications.

* Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.

* Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to hiring.

* Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

* Build and maintain relationships with local communities, educational institutions, and employment agencies.

* Handle large-scale onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
