We are hiring a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager HR to manage key human resource functions in our last-mile delivery operations. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment capabilities, hands-on experience in compliance and labor law, and be proficient in advanced Excel. A strong understanding of HR cost management and legal requirementsisessential.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for delivery staff, field executives, and branch-level employees across multiple locations.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops Establishment, etc.).
- Prepare and manage HR MIS reports using Advanced Excel (pivot tables, V-lookup, dashboards, etc.).
- Monitor and control HR costs, manpower budgeting, and salary structures.
- Ensure proper documentation, onboarding, and background verification for new hires.
- Oversee employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Provide guidance on HR legal matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Support audits and inspections by ensuring all HR/legal documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with payroll teams and vendors to ensure timely and compliant salary processing.
- Work closely with regional/branch teams to fulfill manpower requirements and resolveHRissues.
