This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Executive, combining on-site work in Safipur with remote work flexibility. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, handling payroll, and developing HR policies. Additional responsibilities include addressing employee relations and supporting overall organizational development, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

• Recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management knowledge
• Proficiency in labor laws, compliance, and HR policy development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on employee relations
• Experience in maintaining accurate records and handling payroll processes
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with HR software and tools is an advantage
• Previous experience in an HR-related role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
