Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating a positive work culture, managing day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring smooth employee experiences across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving initiatives related to employee relations, engagement, payroll, and celebrations while fostering a collaborative and motivated workplace.

Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Pay Scale: 3 LPA to 5 LPA (Depending on the profile)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations , including attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation.

  • Handle employee relations by acting as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives , including team activities, workshops, and celebrations.

  • Drive rewards and recognition programs to boost motivation and appreciation across teams.

  • Assist in organizing and executing company events, town halls, and milestone celebrations .

  • Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reports.

  • Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

  • Collaborate with management to continuously improve employee experience and workplace culture.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 13 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or generalist roles (preferably in a creative or agency setup).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams.

  • Good understanding of HR processes such as payroll, attendance, and employee relations.

  • Ability to plan and execute engagement activities creatively and efficiently.

  • A proactive, organized, and empathetic approach with attention to detail.
