Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of employment laws. Ultimately
  • you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire
  • develop and retain qualified employees.
  • Implement effective End to End employment cycle (sourcing screening interviewing techniques Joining Exit formalities)
  • Documentation Maintaining employee dossiers
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Monitor HR department s budget
  • Act as the point of contact regarding Employee relations
  • Manage employees grievances
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Design compensation and benefits packages
  • Support current and future business needs through the development
  • engagement motivation and preservation of human capital Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them HRMS process implementation for attendance payroll Maintaining HR MIS data.

Qualification :

  • MBA HR or related degree from a reputed University. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation presentation skills
  • Demonstrated expertise training
