Implement effective End to End employment cycle (sourcing screening interviewing techniques Joining Exit formalities)
Documentation Maintaining employee dossiers
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Monitor HR department s budget
Act as the point of contact regarding Employee relations
Manage employees grievances
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Design compensation and benefits packages
Support current and future business needs through the development
engagement motivation and preservation of human capital Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them HRMS process implementation for attendance payroll Maintaining HR MIS data.
Qualification :
MBA HR or related degree from a reputed University. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation presentation skills
