We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Induction
- Support new employee onboarding and documentation
- Prepare induction materials and assist in orientation sessions
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are updated
HR Operations
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases
- Support payroll preparation by providing required HR inputs
- Help in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.)
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
- Support internal communication and employee feedback processes
- Help organize training and development programs
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure HR policies are followed across the organization
- Assist in maintaining compliance-related documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
