Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Induction

  • Support new employee onboarding and documentation
  • Prepare induction materials and assist in orientation sessions
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are updated

HR Operations

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases
  • Support payroll preparation by providing required HR inputs
  • Help in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.)

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
  • Support internal communication and employee feedback processes
  • Help organize training and development programs

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure HR policies are followed across the organization
  • Assist in maintaining compliance-related documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
