Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities, with a strong focus on recruiting candidates and doctors, including US-based doctors. The role involves handling the complete employee lifecycle, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles and doctors (India & US-based)
- Coordinate with US-based doctors for interviews, documentation, and onboarding
- Screen CVs, conduct initial HR discussions, and schedule interviews
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities
- Support credentialing, verification, and compliance requirements for doctors
HR Operations
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain employee and doctor records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR trackers
- Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between doctors, candidates, management, and internal teams
- Coordinate with external agencies for background verification and credential checks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 25 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or international hiring
- Experience in recruiting doctors or US-based profiles is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Healthcare, Teleradiology.
- Familiarity with US recruitment and compliance processes
