Role: HR Executive

Location: PAN India (Remote / Hybrid / On-site)

Experience: 0–8 Years

Salary: As per industry standards (based on role & company)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

Source candidates via LinkedIn and job portals

Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers

Assist in onboarding and HR operations

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest or experience in HR / recruitment

Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders

Basic knowledge of hiring platforms and sourcing
