The HR professional will oversee the entire spectrum of employee lifecycle activities in the HR domain, including:

1. Talent Planning & Sourcing

2. Induction & Confirmation

3. HR Policy Development & Evangelization

4. Performance Management Philosophy & System

5. Defining Key Result Areas for all roles

6. Annual Appraisal Cycle

7. Compensation & Benefit Review

8. Employee Engagement through planned touchpoints and fun @ work initiatives

9. Training Need Identification & Training Calendar Development

10. Alumni Initiative

Desired Profile

Education:

Postgraduate with Majors in Psychology or MMS/PGDBA in Human Resources

Experience:

Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience

Skills:

1. Technology-smart with proficiency in HR systems and tools

2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
