Job Description:

• Develop, update, and publish clear and compelling technical job descriptions across various platforms.
• Source and engage potential candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and Boolean search strategies.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate candidates technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview candidates using a combination of structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
• Collaborate closely with IT team leaders to understand hiring needs and forecast talent requirements based on departmental goals.
• Craft and send personalized recruitment emails to attract passive candidates.
• Prepare and issue job offer letters in alignment with company policies.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Promote the organization's employer brand and maintain its reputation as a great place to work.
• Conduct job and task analyses to document role expectations, responsibilities, and required competencies.
• Stay updated on current and emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance recruitment quality.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and compliance standards throughout the recruitment and HR lifecycle.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities by guiding team members and building strong partnerships with crossfunctional stakeholders.
• Skills Required:
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Hands-on experience with phone interviews, virtual interviews (Zoom, Teams), and inperson assessments.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to comprehend and discuss IT job requirements effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate management tools, and resume databases.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, Boolean search, and advanced talent-mapping strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
• Quick learning ability and adaptability to new tools, technologies, and processes.
  
  

Qualification Required:

Candidates with MBA in HR are preferred.
