We are looking for a detail-oriented
HR Executive Payroll Compliance to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in salary processing, payroll management, and labor law compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly salary processing ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement
- Handle payroll management , maintain records, and resolve employee queries
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.
- Maintain employee documentation including contracts and HR records
- Coordinate with internal teams for payroll and compliance-related matters
Desired Candidate Profile
- 25 years of experience in HR payroll compliance
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, GreytHR, Keka, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
