Job Details
Location: Derabassi (Near Chandigarh)
Salary: 25,000- 35,000 per month
Roles Responsibilities
Handling HR compliance as the primary responsibility
Managing statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and labor laws
Ensuring timely filing and documentation of compliance records
Maintaining employee records and statutory registers
Supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Coordinating with accounts for payroll and compliance-related activities
Requirements
Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and HR compliance
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory requirements
Good communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with MS Office and HR processes
