Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data validation, salary computation, and timely disbursement
- Generate and maintain payroll, compliance, and HR MIS reports for management and audit purposes
- Handle payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with finance and HR teams
- Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and statutory benefits
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and government authorities for payroll and compliance matters
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate payroll and compliance data
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality
- Prepare and maintain payroll, compliance, and HR MIS reports for management review
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payroll and compliance-related queries
- Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other labour law requirements
Qualifications
Experience: 4 - 5 years
Education: B. Com / M.com / MBA (Dual specialization HR & Finance)
- Proficiency in HRMS/payroll systems and advanced MS Excel for MIS preparation
- Ability to prepare, analyse, and present HR and payroll MIS reports
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain data confidentiality
