The Recruiter is responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent aligned with the company's business needs and culture. This role involves active collaboration with hiring managers, strategic sourcing, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Primary
- Talent Sourcing & Networking
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role specifications, team dynamics, and required qualifications.
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), social media, referrals, and talent databases.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for critical and recurring positions.
- Screening & Selection
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone or video screenings to assess communication skills, professional experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure interview feedback is promptly recorded in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and communicated to candidates.
- Candidate Experience & Compliance
- Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to hiring policies, procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.
- Utilize the ATS to maintain and update candidate information accurately and securely.
Secondary
- Ensure recruitment practices align with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Promote the company's culture and values through social media and job posts to attract talent.
Qualification & Experience
MBA in HR stream/ Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%
1-7 years of experience in Non IT recruitment
