HR Executive
SK International is seeking a dynamic, results-driven HR Executive to join our team. With a strong focus on smooth functioning of HR operations and business growth, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing the Job description.
- Handle the Recruitment process of sourcing, screening, & short listing of suitable profiles through various available channels like, database, references, mass mailing & job posting, Head hunting etc.
- Conducting preliminary telephonic interviews to check communication Skills, interest level, availability, and salary.
- Scheduling interview of shortlisted candidates with the respective functional manager.
- Follow up on interview status and update candidate on the same.
- Preparing offer letter.
- Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining
- Conducting joining formalities of the new recruits, issuing appointment letters.
- Verification of documents.
- Maintaining a database of the candidate.
- Ensure that all facilities are made available to new recruits on the date of joining.
- Keeping record of staff insurance and ensure timely renewals.
Key Competencies
- Proven experience in IT recruitments
- Must have exposure to various souring techniques like portals, LinkedIn
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
- Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Good email drafting skills
- Ability to research, evaluate and analyze new recruitment techniques, methods, and procedures.
