Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate onboarding.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee queries and resolve issues.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Assist in developing and communicating HR policies.
  • Ensure policy adherence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • More than 1 year of experience as an HR (Recruitment) Executive
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
