HR Executive & Recruiter

eStore Factory Private Limited is a rapidly growing ecommerce specialist based in Ahmedabad. We

provide value added consulting services to global online merchants, helping them establish their

brands on Amazon and other ecommerce portals. Our team members are located across India.

We are looking for an HR Executive and Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from

identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online (Indeed, Naukri etc.), updating job

ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats,

including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more

effectively, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to

ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.

Responsibilities

Design and update job descriptions for various roles within the organisation

Source potential candidates from online channels (e.g. social media, job boards etc.)

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Interview candidates (via phone & video)

Prepare job offer letters and get hard copy signed by the candidate

Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

Calculate incentives and provide amounts to the accountant for disbursal

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

Solid verbal and written communication skills in English

Sound judgement

Work Hours & Location

4 hours per day, flexible timing. Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.

Work from home (4 days per week)

Work from Office at Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad (1 day per week)

Remuneration

20,000 per month

Additional Information

This position is suitable for individuals who prefer a flexible work schedule. One year

bond is applicable for this role. Immediate start preferred.
