We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in human resources and recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on candidate selection.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate databases.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
