We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, and supporting various HR functions. Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates fit for open positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and job postings to attract suitable candidates.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
