We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish and will play a vital role in attracting and onboarding new talent. This position is suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in HR.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract potential candidates.
  • Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of applicants throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hires.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
