Location: Palasia, Indore
Salary: 15,000 20,000 per month (Based on interview)

Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process handling
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Maintaining candidate database and follow-up
- Posting jobs on various hiring platforms
- Achieving monthly hiring targets
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment cycle
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
Qualification:
- BBA / MBA / Any Graduate (Completed)
- Candidates must NOT be pursuing
