We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive / Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to meet our organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking to attract talent.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and progress.
  • Assist in the development of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
