Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecyclefrom identifying staffing needs to onboarding selected candidates. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing top talent, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and key selection criteria.
- Draft and post job descriptions across various job boards and social media platforms.
- Source and attract candidates through databases, professional networks, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.
2. Screening & Interviewing
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide necessary candidate information.
- Administer skill assessments or tests when necessary.
3. Candidate Management
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
4. Offer Management & Onboarding
- Participate in compensation discussions and assist in preparing offers.
- Manage the offer rollout and documentation.
- Coordinate and support pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS/HRIS systems.
- Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and hiring best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing techniques.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for non- roles.
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruiting.
