Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecyclefrom identifying staffing needs to onboarding selected candidates. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing top talent, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and key selection criteria.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source and attract candidates through databases, professional networks, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.

2. Screening & Interviewing

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide necessary candidate information.
  • Administer skill assessments or tests when necessary.

3. Candidate Management

  • Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

4. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Participate in compensation discussions and assist in preparing offers.
  • Manage the offer rollout and documentation.
  • Coordinate and support pre-boarding and onboarding activities.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS/HRIS systems.
  • Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and hiring best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for non- roles.
  • Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruiting.
