Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with strong expertise in payroll management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and supporting HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing on a monthly basis
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, incentives, bonuses, and deductions
- Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws
- Maintain payroll records, employee data, and documentation
- Coordinate with finance and accounts for salary disbursement
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, tax, and compensation
- Generate payroll reports, MIS, and analytics
- Assist in audits and compliance checks
- Support HR operations including onboarding, exit formalities, and employee documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws & statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., SAP, GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, etc.)
- Good understanding of Excel and MIS reporting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
