Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage and support HR operations across the APAC region. The role involves employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, documentation, and HR system administration while ensuring alignment with regional employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across APAC countries
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Coordinate monthly payroll with vendors (Singapore, Malaysia, India, etc.)
- Manage leave records, claims, and statutory contributions
- Support benefits administration and insurance coordination
Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws across APAC
- Handle employment pass / visa documentation (if required)
- Support audits and HR reporting
HR Systems & Reporting
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy
- Generate HR reports (headcount, attrition, payroll summaries)
- Track probation confirmations and contract renewals
Stakeholder Management
- Act as HR point of contact for employees and managers
- Coordinate with finance, payroll vendors, and regional HR teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 36 years of HR operations experience (regional exposure preferred)
- Knowledge of APAC labour laws (SG, MY, IN preferred)
- Experience handling payroll coordination
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday / SAP / BambooHR / etc.)
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred:
- Experience in handling Employment Pass / Work Pass documentation (Singapore)
- Experience working in a regional/shared services environment
