Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an HR Executive - Operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core HR operations, including implementing and maintaining HR policies, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines, and supporting day-to-day HR management tasks. The role requires efficient coordination and management of HR processes within the school.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Payroll and End - End recruitment
• Experience in HR Operations with proficiency in implementing HR policies
• Proven ability to handle Employee Relations effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site school environment
• Educational background in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Familiarity with education sector operations is an added advantage
