Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Life Cycle Management:
Handle joining formalities, maintaining personal files, HR records, and HRMS data updates.
Process employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities including full and final settlement coordination.
2. Attendance & Payroll management:
Prepare monthly attendance, leave records, and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
Ensure timely submission of payroll data, expense claims, and other statutory deductions.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare:
Plan and implement employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Resolve employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
4. Statutory Compliance & Policies:
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and labour laws.
Assist in HR policy implementation, amendments, and compliance documentation.
5. Performance Management:
Support in setting up KPIs/KRAs for employees in coordination with HODs.
Assist in mid-year and annual performance appraisal processes.
6. General Administration:
Coordinate with various vendors (insurance, consultants, etc.) for HR-related services.
Prepare and maintain various HR reports, MIS, and dashboards.
