HR Executive

Nisum is seeking a proactive HR Executive to join our team as a backfill. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating new hires, managing employee personal files, overseeing health and life insurance processes, and handling attendance and leave management. If you have a solid understanding of HR operations, excel at data analysis, and possess strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do:

• New hire coordination, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Update employee personal files meticulously.
• Handle the complete process of Health Insurance and Life Insurance.
• Manage Attendance & Leave for employees.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, taking complete ownership of compensation and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.

What You Know:

• Experience in HR in a reputed organization.
• Ability to create Data dashboards on different aspects of employee lifecycle, payroll data, etc.
• Experience with Exit management.
• Proficiency in coordinating Employee engagement activities.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting objectives.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
