We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in human resources and will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in HR or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle.
  • Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
