Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in human resources and will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
- Handle employee grievances and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in HR or related fields.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle.
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
