Role Summary:
Seeking an HR professional with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical hiring and HR operations. The role demands strong expertise in hiring for technical and regulatory pharma roles along with managing compliant HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for niche pharma roles:
- Quality (QA/QC)
- Regulatory Affairs
- R&D / Formulation
- Manufacturing & Production
- Pharma Sales
- Build and manage pharma talent pipelines using specialized sourcing strategies
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and pharma industry standards
- Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, confirmations
- Support HR audits, payroll inputs, and statutory processes
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of HR experience with core pharma/life sciences hiring exposure
- Strong understanding of pharma job roles, skill mapping, and compliance environment
- Experience working with regulated environments and documentation standards
- Ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business teams
Preferred:
- Experience in regulated pharma setups (plants, R&D centers, CROs)
- Exposure to L&D / pharma industry is a plus
