Role Description

This is an onsite, full-time role for an HR Executive specializing in Middle East hiring, located in Ahmedabad. The HR Executive will manage recruitment efforts for the Middle East, implement and oversee HR policies, and maintain strong employee relations. Additional responsibilities include developing and coordinating HR operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and fostering a positive workplace culture conducive to professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and understanding of HR Policies
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant experience with Middle East hiring practices is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
