About The Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced HR Executive to own end-to-end hiring for Middle East markets (GCC). The role blends high-volume sourcing with candidate management, stakeholder coordination across time zones, and visa/relocation support. You will be the hiring specialist for regional staffing projectsworking closely with operations, clients, and local partners to deliver quality hires on tight SLAs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Middle East roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and handover to onboarding teams.
- Execute targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Naukri, Bayt, GulfTalent and other portals to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Manage applicant flow within the ATS, update candidate status, produce hiring reports, and track SLAs and time-to-fill metrics.
- Coordinate visa, documentation and relocation processes with candidates and regional partners to ensure smooth mobilisation.
- Partner with hiring managers and external agencies to define JD, salary benchmarks, interview panels and selection criteria.
- Maintain candidate experience excellenceprovide timely feedback, negotiate offers, and handle pre-boarding communications for international hires.

Other Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience with a minimum of 2 years focused on Middle East/GCC hiring or international recruitment.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume hires and working with cross-border stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic language ability is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
