Responsibilities
- Understanding requirements.
- Handling the recruitment end-to-end process.
- Identifying and screening suitable resumes based on the current requirement.
- Recruitment calls and e-mails to candidates for internal IT/non-IT vacancies.
- Placing ads on social media like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Job postings in various job portals - Naukri, Monster, etc.
- Capable of conducting job fairs and campus drives independently.
- Handling vendors and recruitment agencies and maintaining good relationships with all departments.
- Negotiate price and follow up with vendors for office administration.
- Joining formalities, an onboarding process.
- Meetings with clients.
Requirements
- Candidates with an MBA in HR will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Pleasing personality.
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Good in English vocabulary and e-mail etiquette.
- Energetic and self-motivated.
- Must have good negotiation skills.
- Good at Excel and Word.
- Pleasing personality.
- Good at employee engagements.
