Job Description

Responsibilities

Understanding requirements.
Handling the recruitment end-to-end process.
Identifying and screening suitable resumes based on the current requirement.
Recruitment calls and e-mails to candidates for internal IT/non-IT vacancies.
Placing ads on social media like LinkedIn and Facebook.
Job postings in various job portals - Naukri, Monster, etc.
Capable of conducting job fairs and campus drives independently.
Handling vendors and recruitment agencies and maintaining good relationships with all departments.
Negotiate price and follow up with vendors for office administration.
Joining formalities, an onboarding process.
Meetings with clients.

Requirements

Candidates with an MBA in HR will be preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Pleasing personality.
Excellent relationship management skills
Good in English vocabulary and e-mail etiquette.
Energetic and self-motivated.
Must have good negotiation skills.
Good at Excel and Word.
Pleasing personality.
Good at employee engagements.
