Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organized
HR Executive to manage our daily HR operations and support our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for employees and will play a vital role in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining a positive company culture. The ideal candidate is a people person with strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn), and headhunting. Conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews for various departments (Sales, Design, Operations).
- Onboarding & Exit Formalities: Managing the documentation for new joins, conducting orientation sessions, and handling the full offboarding process for departing employees.
- Employee Records: Maintaining and updating digital and physical personnel files, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with labor laws.
- Payroll & Attendance: Tracking daily attendance, leaves, and assisting the finance team with monthly payroll processing.
- Employee Engagement: Organizing team-building activities, festive celebrations, and workshops to foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.
- Policy Implementation: Assisting in the development and communication of HR policies and ensuring they are followed across all regional offices.
- Grievance Handling: Acting as a bridge between management and employees to resolve issues and maintain a healthy workplace.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in an HR role (Experience in luxury retail or interiors is a plus).
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution.
