About Us

JNB Bearings Pvt Ltd is a Chennai-based importer and distributor of bearings and power transmission products under the J&B brand, serving stone crushers, rice mills, dealers and OEMs across South India. We run fully on the Zoho ecosystem and are building our HR function from the ground up.

Role Overview

Own end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for our Chennai head office and branches, using Zoho Recruit and Zoho People, as we scale our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across Sales, Telecalling, Accounts, Operations and HR roles
• Coordinate interviews, offers and joining formalities in Zoho Recruit
• Manage onboarding checklist and document collection in Zoho People
• Maintain recruitment trackers and basic HR compliance records
  

Requirements

• Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM (HR) preferred
• 1–3 years in a recruitment / HR generalist role
• Hands-on with Zoho Recruit / Zoho People or any ATS/HRMS (training provided)
• Experience in bulk hiring for field sales and telecalling
• Good Tamil and English communication; Hindi is a plus
• Working knowledge of PF, ESI and joining documentation
• Able to work from our Mannady, Chennai office, Monday to Saturday
