About the role

Behind every strong team is someone who found the right people and made their first day feel welcome. As an HR Executive Intern at Crossing Infotech, you will learn how modern hiring works, from the first candidate search to the first day on the job. You will work on live recruitment tasks, speak with real candidates and see how hiring decisions are made.

This is a hands-on, full-time remote internship for people who enjoy talking to people, staying organised and following things through.

What you will do

- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks and social platforms

- Write and post clear job descriptions on hiring platforms

- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on role requirements

- Call or message candidates to check interest, availability and basic fit

- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers

- Support offer letters, document collection and onboarding formalities

- Keep candidate trackers and hiring reports accurate and up to date

- Share progress in daily check-ins and weekly review sessions

What we are looking for

- Confident, friendly and professional communication in English and Hindi

- Good organisation and a habit of following up without being reminded

- Comfort using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking

- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri or similar portals is a plus

- Interest in recruitment, HR operations and people management

- Discretion in handling candidate information

- A stable laptop and reliable internet connection for full-time remote work

Who can apply

- Students or recent graduates from BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BA, B.Sc or any stream with strong communication skills

- Freshers with an interest in HR are welcome, and prior experience is not required

- Anyone available to work full-time for the internship duration
