As an HR Executive at Camptra Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, talent development, compliance, and strategy. You will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's goals and ensure that our organization remains a great place to work.
HR Executive Immediate Joiner
Location: Hyderabad, India

Salary Range: 8-10 Lakhs
Work Mode: Hybrid
Working Days: MondayFriday (5 days/week)
Experience Required: 3-6 Years.
Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee data, HR files, and documentation.
Coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare basic HR reports and MIS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Operations role
- Experience in the IT/Software industry is an advantage
- Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
- Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, and MS Excel
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
