We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist with 24 years of experience in tech recruitment and HR operations to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Post job openings on recruitment platforms and LinkedIn.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Conduct background verification and reference checks.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Support employee onboarding and induction programs.

HR Operations & Employee Records

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage documentation for hiring, exits, promotions, and transfers.
  • Ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as requested.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities.
  • Support issue resolution and communication between management and staff.

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Coordinate attendance and leave records for payroll processing
  • Support benefits enrolment and related communication
  • Assist with payroll audits when required

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal policies
  • Maintain and update HR documents and handbooks
  • Support compliance audits and statutory documentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 24 years of experience in HR with a focus on tech recruitment
  • Working knowledge of labour laws and HR processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
