About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Executive / HR Generalist with 25 years of experience who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment in a startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as an all-rounder, setting up processes, and contributing across multiple business functions in a fast-growing startup environment.
You will play a key role in shaping our people practices, culture, and internal operations as FlashHiring scales.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Manage job postings on portals and social platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for technical and non-technical roles
HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and exits
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and day-to-day HR operations
- Support performance management and feedback processes
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Help build a positive, transparent, and high-performance work culture
- Support leadership in people-related initiatives and team building activities
Marketing & Employer Branding
- Support basic marketing and branding initiatives, especially related to hiring and company presence
- Help with employer branding on platforms like LinkedIn and job portals
- Assist in content coordination for job posts, company updates, and internal communications
- Collaborate with founders and leadership on early-stage marketing strategies and outreach
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in an HR Executive / HR Generalist role
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions, including:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- HR Operations
- Employee Engagement
- Performance Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving responsibilities
- Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
Good to Have
- Experience hiring for IT / Tech roles
- Exposure to HR tools or HRMS platforms
- Basic understanding of marketing or branding activities
- Prior experience working in a startup or fast-growing company
