Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our People & Culture team. You will support core HR functionsrecruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day operations. This is a high-impact role that requires excellent coordination skills, empathy, and a passion for building great teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts
- Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation (offers, NDAs, letters, etc.)
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking and leave management
- Coordinate performance review cycles and feedback sessions
- Plan and execute internal engagement initiatives & culture-building activities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related issues
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Maintain HR dashboards and reporting
What We're Looking For
- 13 years of experience in an HR role (agency or in-house)
- Good understanding of recruitment platforms and HR tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS, LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proactive, self-driven and empathetic
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
