HR Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Executive, located in Surat. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling recruitment processes, employee relations, training programs, and regular employee performance evaluations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, implementing and overseeing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee retention strategies
• Proficiency in HR operations including compliance, policy creation, and employee record management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for fostering employee relations and team collaboration
• Experience in developing and conducting training and professional development programs
• Familiarity with labor laws and workforce regulations applicable to the construction or related industries
• Proficiency with HR management software/tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP/PHR are advantageous
• Ability to work on-site in Surat and maintain confidentiality in all HR-related matters
