Job Description

We are looking for HR Executive profile from Hospitality Industry for Bangalore cluster the selected one will look after the HR activities of Bangalore unit

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle HR activities for multiple units across the cluster.
  • Manage employee joining formalities and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and adherence across all units.
  • Provide timely and accurate salary inputs for payroll processing.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Duties and responsibilities as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate should have minimum 2 years experience
  • Candidates must have minimum 1 years prior experience in the Hotel/Hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and units simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
